I know this is an old one for the more experienced Bosch chaps but customer has had it stopping for many years and not continuing onto the spin cycle.
Error F18 sometimes comes up and they check that the filter is clear.
Drain pipe checked for obstruction and found to be clear.
Previous times they have moved the washing load around the drum to get it going again.

This time it has gone through the wash ok but will not move onto the spin cycle for the owner leaving the clothes in water.
Before I drive there what are the main things to look for as customer has had this spin problem for many years now. Fuzzy Logic?

Can’t see the motor brushes being worn if it has stopped frequently after 18 months from new?
Any help on this one chaps.

I’m more than convinced that they have set ‘Rinse Stop’ option button? I would suggest they thumb through the user manual just to make sure first before dragging you out there!

Bearing in mind that if there were a fault 9 times out of 10 and error code would flash up anyway. 😉

    Cheers Martin

Will try and get them on the phone when they get home tonight and see if that is their problem before driving to the manor and getting licked to death by the dogs.

    Back Martin

Customer had the washing machine on a very old slate floor and rocking badly.
Just sat on the Bosch and it went straight into spin cycle having turned the power back on.
Adjusted the feet to take out the odd levels on the floor and three spin cycles went ok.

Customer also had a heavy load crammed inside and Bosch pushed up against a tumble dryer with no gap.

    Thanks for a quick reply
