    SE25M570GB /17
Stuck on a wash cycle, alternating perfectly between upper/lower arms. Not overfilling.
There are no lights on display at all and pressing the reset buttons has no effect. There was a steady( every half second) clicking/pulsing noise which I have traced to the aqua stop but it doesn’t appear to be letting any more water in. It will switch off via on/off button.

    Any suggestions ?

    Jim.

When you say pressing reset does nothing , will it stop washing when you do reset it ? It should drain then……..maybe a blocked drain pump ?

Pressing the two reset buttons has no effect at all, it just carries on washing away merrily with the aquastop firing/pulsing rapidly.
Even unplugging has no effect, as soon as you press the start button it sets off washing again with a totally blank display. 🙁

PCB has definitely gone gaga I reckon. But the caution is that maybe the dispenser solenoid or the water point motor has caused it to go that way. 😕

Have you inspected the PCB for likely damage Jim?

Not yet, was pushed for time and need to call back to her washer later in the week.
