    Hi customer rang me saying that her oven is on all the time even when the selector is turned to off position and even when turned to grill position.The only way she has of turning it off is at the wall.Has anyone come across this before?

    Either a control unit jammed on or a relay shorted in the power board, you will need to meter it to find out which.
