    Hi customer has rang saying that nothing on the above cooker is not working oven,gril,or rings .The customer can’t read the model no off m/c.She says there is power going to it as the light is on on the wall switch.Has anyone come across this prob on this m/c befor?Is there a circuit board on this?

    I think I would check the mains connection box and cables on the rear of the cooker to start with and check that you are getting 240v there

    Cheers Colin was going to start there.I was just checking to see if this was an issue with this cooker .
