    Since replacing the pump on my 6 year old Bosch Exxcel 1400 Express there does not appear to be any attempt to balance/redistribute the load at the start of the spin cycle.

    This results is a noisy/vibrating spin which does not always reach full spin speed.

    Has anyone nay experience of this and what can be done to rectify. Could it have been caused when I had the machine on
    its side to replace the pump, I did put in packing to limit the drum movement as recommended

    Hi Peter

    Can you post up the all important ENR number please, it’s usually on the inside of the door frame.

    I am not sure what the ENR number is.

    The following numbers are on the door
    WFO2865/UK/01 and FD8312 602941
