Samsung fridge freezer ice forming in freezer

Hi, I have a Samsung RL38SCTB fridge freezer.Just lately ice is forming in the bottom of the freezer,and water leaking out onto the floor.
I can’t find anything that looks like a drain that could be blocked or even if I’m looking in the right places.. 😕
There’s nothing in the manual, have rung Samsung and all they said is to switch it off for 2 hours, I did and it’s still doing it.It’s just over 3 years old.
Any ideas what I can try next? TIA C.C.L.
Edited to add:- It’s a frost free model.

Thanks for that, even though it’s a different model number there was a rubber tube at the back so I’ve pulled it out….. 🙂
