    TCL 770

First of all, my apologies if I’m in the wrong section, still finding my way around “tapatalk”!

    Anyway on with the query…

I have recently ( january) fitted a new heater to this customers machine.. All was fine until yesterday, now she says that if used on high heat, after about 10 mins it stops and shows that the tank needs emptying.. However this machine is fitted to permanently drain!

Dryer works fine on low heat
customer says if she switches off at the mains it will work again for another 10 mins or so…

Should I check the pump? Or is there a way to do a reset of the controller board

    Thanks in advance

    Martin

    Oh another thing
Was actually called out to it as she said it sounded as though there was a stone going round inside

I asked had she looked inside to check, “oh yes” she said…

Anyway I go down this morning, empty all the clothes out… And staring up at me was a 6 inch flick knife…

I duly handed it to the customer, who went bright red.. And swore she would have a word with her son!

    Happy days..
