Hi
I have a Neff D2615 integrated extractor. The top sliding closure guide has broken on left hand side (the door slide is guided by a plastic guide to make it run properly when opening and shutting). An outer part of the plastic guide has snapped off, so although the door can slide closed it isn’t guided properly – it is free to wobble sideways and hits the wall units when shutting.
Is it possible to buy a replacement guide, or is this too far down into the details to be offered as a replacement part?
Assuming I find one, does the whole unit have to come out to give enough access to attach the new guide?
Thanks for any help!
