Hi all been and fit a new jazz board to this appliance as comp not running which I’ve done a few but when programming it won’t accept the code I am trying to programme!the code on the sticker is 28 and the serial for appliance is 12930973JR
When you go to save it won’t but I tried other nos and it did accept 20 but I want to programme it properly.
Any ideas why it won’t programme?Cheers Chris

It would not program as it would have a different jazz number on the board.
When the pcb has been programmed you cannot reset it.
If it excepted 20 and it is running I would not worry.
Normaly if you have a new pcb with a different jazz number and it will not program you have 2 default codes depending if it is a higher or lower number.
If 20 worked ok it should run ok as it will not except a wrong code.

Thanks for reply I have spoken to cust this morn to check on it and he says its still not running!any thoughts lights on fans running but no motor.

hi chris, did you program the pcb properly?
05 or 25 as a code should work fine, following instructions on the sheet you get in the box.
