Panasonic microwave grill fault

    Panasonic combi model: NN-A574SBBTQ
    Grill function stopped working.
    All other functions work ok including microwave.
    Checked so far:
    Both internal fuses ok
    Thermal cutout ok
    New quartz grill element replaced (twin)
    Control panel & display appear to be working perfectly.
    Door switches appear working ok.

    Possible relay fault?

    Hi: Sorry but due to the DANGERS involved with Microwave servicing, We don’t normally give repair advice to the Public for Microwave ovens. If your in the Trade you can apply for trade access & i’m sure 1 of us would be happy to give you any advice you need.

    Yes thankyou I’m a retired Engineer, Ltd co, and previously ran a CCTV business.

    Hi: To be honest I don’t think that being a CCTV engineer is going to count, when I said in the Trade, I meant in the Domestic Appliance or Catering equipment trade.
