    Hi enr no s54e53x1gb?01 . i have checked the base and it has not flooded but when i select a programme the machine takes a small ammount off water for about 10 seconds then activates the drain pump it does not start to fill again just keeps on draining transfer pipe and side panel are clean float not stuck and if you open the door the pump stops . starts again when you close it . could the jug impellor cause this thanks rich

    seen a few with the faulty jug impellor but they they would fill and empty repeatedly
