Hi,
I have a whilpool side by side fridge/freezer (Model S20BRSS31-A/G NC no.858615115010)
The alarm is sounding & flashing & the temp lcd panel on freezer side is showing –. When i swith the unit off for approx 5-10secs & switch it back on, the temp comes back on in the lcd panel & the alarm stops etc! This lasts for approx 6-7 hrs & then re-occurs!
It seems also that it is only in the very top of the feezer that things are de-frosting.
Does anyone have any help/advice? This would be much appreciated.
