    direct drive steam thing

the max loads are 9kg cotton, 7kg cotton quick, 4.5 kg synthetics, 3kg delicate, 2kg handwash/wool

If you put over 2kg in the handwash/wool cycle would this risk damaging the machine? Or is the max load for this cycle down to how well the fabrics can be washed at this setting?

Would machine washable wool be OK in the delicate setting? Is there much difference between the delicate and handwash/wool cycles in this machine? They have the same spin speed and temperature/other options and both are gentle presumably.

(I am thinking about how to wash a wool duvet)

    Thanks

The loads are given like that to highlight that you have to use the XX{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the drum volume to allow the particular laundry type to move in order to clean and to prevent damage to it.
