Indesit IN CB 310

Was called ot two of these Fridge/freezers in neighbouring appt’s (owned by one landlord) before the weekend.
One had water gathering in the base of the fridge and the other was freezing everything in the fridge.

I found a blockage in the drain pipe of the first and cleared it and told her to try it.
The other one i thought needed a stat but as i had only got a universal one with a slightly shorter capillery i decided to put it in and see if it did the trick while i was witing for an original one to come in.
I spoke to both tenants yesterday and now both Fridges are freezing everything inside!!!
I dont know why the first one is all of sudden freezing everything as i did nothing bar blow throough the drain line.

anyoe come accross this before?
