    I went the this w/m and found a broken NTC lead. I repaired it, but it still shows the error code err3. I have checked the heater and the NTC, both seem OK. Can anyone tell me if there is a reset procedure, or is it a u/s module. Thanks

    EER3 is a wash heater themistor problem or the wires going to it, its best to measure the resistance from the pcb end to check the wiring.

    I did meter the wires from the thermistor (NTC) end, and the resistance was very low, so I assumed the wires were ok. The resistance across the NTC was about 4K.

    I’m going to try the test prog, and replace the NTC leads. The one I found broken had been rubbing on the tub, (probably since new)
