    Hi all

    Got to replace the door catch mechanism in this machine, just wondering how do I get at it…

    Looks like four latches have to be released using a screwdriver, then the door comes apart.?

    There is one screw going thro the catch housing, but this forms part of the complete inner plastic ring

    Any info appreciated…

    Are you serious? A WM63 door catch is only held on with 2 screws and falls off in your hand as a result. Or are you talking about a WMA63? For that simply remove the complete door, stick it on the deck and then remove the 4 or 5 screws holding the door halves together…easy! 🙂

    Lol It’s a wm63X

    There is only the one screw going through the catch..have taken that out, but that’s the only screw..and apart from the four plastic catches ( two above the glass bowl and two below… )

    I can’t see any other way it can come apart…

    Wish I’d take a photo now!

    Having removed the screws just use a knife blade between the two halves and separate them around the perimeter as per usual.
