Customer complained of the machine stopping mid cycle with both the Check Water Check Filter Lights on. I checked the filter and stripped the pump looking for blockages all clear, no coins stuck in the drain hose. The machine fills on all cycles and there is no problem with the draining. I Googled this fault and it appears to be quite a common fault. Is this a fault code? The motor brushes, element, and pressure sw all check out ok. Both water valves operate ok and both the inlet filters are clear. Hoses are not kinked.

Any ideas before the board is replaced?
