    Hi,

    Hoping that someone can help me. The fridge section of my Servis fridge freezer is freezing no matter what I set the control to. It was working fine and has only just started to do this.

    I have been googling this and think that I probably need to change the thermostat in it but when I have looked up parts I came across 2 different thermostats for this model and don’t know which one would be the correct one – any ideas!!!

    The number on the badge underneath my fridge model is 20021908735 if this helps?

    Hi Gill,

    On the same label as the serial number is a product code beginning 038….

    Can you let me know that please.
