I had a quick look at the above machine while I was repairing the customers washer. She has two, side by side, so she isnt in too much of a rush about it.
It just doesnt come to life. You can set the programme, close the door, it sounds as though the motor comes on for a split second then it goes dead. No draining, no water coming in. I took the strange new pump out, easy enough, just to look for blockages but it was clean.
I havent worked on one of these new dishwashers yet, its only about 2 1/2 years old according to the lady.
If anybody has any information on these new machines it would really be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Nick

Boy are you gonna have fun fixing that! Give me your email details and I can send you some stuff in the morning. Meanwhile, if no error code shows (flashing lights on the panel) it could just be the plug in power plug into the main board at the back or that board has got damp. Modules and heat pumps are the main issue with machines of such vintage, you were warned!

Great, that’s something to look forward to for the coming years.
I’ve loved working on BSH dishwashers but this looks like its going to be a real pain of a machine.
Any info would be appreciated Martin. Email is nickcowell@yahoo.com. Cheers Nick
