Hi there, have customer with above washer. Had “FH” fault on display and nothing happening, traced to drain pump burnt out, replaced drain pump, now water comes in and drum turns, but after a time it stops and does nothing and doesn’t drain. Changed program to drain and spin but it doesn’t drain? If pipe to pressure switch removed unit goes into spin cycle. Checked main pcb, no sign of burnt components or blown tracks. We have replaced the drain pump with a 50 watt one, 35 watt was fitted, but this had been replaced by someone else. Would this make a difference, is there a current sensor? Would the board need resetting if it detected a pump over load? There are no error codes showing on the display, just time.

Any ideas, service manual, wiring diagram?

Found fault, small triac on pcb just visibly blown out. Does anyone know the part number or spec for it? Can anyone look at their boards and let me know the info written on it? It is in position TR6.
