    dear all,

    i just moved into a house with a built in necht (haier?) dishwasher model WQP 12-6015 and it looks new but didnt come with a manual. i can not find a manual online or otherwise.

    without the manual i can’t suss out what the buttons do, why the water will not heat and why its still half full of water when its finished.

    anyone any ideas or have the same washer?

    A manual I can’t help with….although the dishwasher is marketed through Kitchens Direct… you could try them!

    The no heat on these is defo a manual reset stat, which is set at 78 degrees and attached directly to the heater via the cabinet.
    There is a mod for this and you will need to contact the supplier to resolve or consider one of our members to sort it for you.
    Your dishwasher is not finishing half full of water…its not finishing!

    Thanks for that. My old fella helped me eliminate the thermostat and the element as the problem and since it won’t heat and sometimes doesn’t complete the cycle we think it’s the timer/controller thing hidden in the front panel.
