Evening all have an ariston AWD12UK error 3 – NTC fault, could anyone give me a part number for it

Depends, if it is the earlier type, slotted into a grommet in the back panel it is a C00053573, if it is the later one, slotted into the heater itself then it comes complete with heater, but there are two different heaters fitted, 170mm and 210 mm. these are not date code/serial number specific, you will have to pull it out to check. TBH the earlier, disc type is more prone to failure than the later one.
