    Can anyone please help?
    I have a Hoover HNF3157 washing machine and I have recently moved house and it has started having a problem. It fills up with water as it should at the start of the wash but once the water is in it stops and the stop button flashes and thats it!
    It will spin fine and also pump the water out but just wont wash.

    Any advice that can be given to me would be greatly appricated.

    First thing to do would be to check the heater element for continuity I would think. Its a fairly common one to fail and is listed here if you need it…
