Hi I went to a customer with a LG washer dryer model number WD12336ad and you can turn it on and select the program you want by turning the knob but when u press the start /pause button nothing happens apart from the light under the button flashes. Any ideas as to the possible cause? I reckon PCB but would like a second opinion
