Indesit washer dryer element fault !

Have an Indesit IWDE7125 which has had two new dryer elements in as many weeks. I can see no reason for them to fail. Checked air flow, fan and blockages, all ok. Anyone have any other ideas ?

Called back today with another element. On testing i found there was no water to condenser and i was getting only 60 volts at the valve ! Cant see that this would cause element to fail but is it indicating a pcb fault?
