have an issue with my Diplomat APM8552 integrated

Put on a new cycle and had a power cut then my sockets all tripped. when i went to take washing out later the cycle had not restarted after power came on. I took out filter to remove the water from the machine but it still wont start. There is power as the light on machine is still working. any ideas? Thanks
