My cooker hood light went bang! I replaced the bulbs, still no light – the extractor is still working, so no fuse blown, apparently – but, I have just noticed a 3 pin plug up inside the chimney and I wonder if this is the fuse for the lightbulbs? But, can’t get the chimney off – is there a knack? The model is a black Diplomat HJA2443. Any help and advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Re: How do I remove a Diplomat cooker hood chimney?
Oh, thanks for this. Would the extractor still work if it was the cooker hood function switch? As, it does. Can the light part of the switch system malfunction without affecting the other buttons?
