Hi, I see very few Miele, so not quite up to speed on them. Customer selecting ‘Extra-dry’ cycle. It runs for 2-3 minutes then stops, bleeps and ‘clean airway’ lights up. Filters and venting all cleaned. I told customer to try the timed cycle and this seems ok. Machine is heating. Thought it might be ntc fault as in the Bosch dryers. Any ideas?

Check brush that runs on sensor bars, if excessive dust on sensor then it can go off too soon, if no clothing in drum on automatic programme it will shut off early. Obviously check airways for blockages & NTC as if its faulty it will throw up that fault too.
