this is for anyone who wants to get more customers
as it seems google places are are now google plus places – now you can add more business pages etc .
watch the video and get yourself on google + , will take about 30 minutes of your time

this is another free service from google that will give small local business a distinct advantage over national companies

I have to say Ally a big thanks toward the sterling work you have done in highlighting how well using Google can get us all up there on the web. Without your input I’m sure most of us simply wouldn’t have a clue as to what we can do for ourselves, for free, in getting a high profile presence. And how true a statement from you is it that excessive Googling could potentially make you go blind if only for what you may so easily miss.

i just want to make sure the guys on here get their business noticed by potential local customersand make the
no work , work dead posts a thing of the pasti wonder how many posters on the work dead thread have spent a couple of hours getting their business on google maps or should i say google + places now.
collectively we could potentially have a massive effect on who gets our local customer cash.
and of course when we all have a google plus account there is nothing stopping for arguments sake martin finding my business on google and 1+ it , nothing stopping me finding any ukw./wta members site on google and 1+ it.. collectively we could could 1+ each other
( steady martin ).ps i think its time we should have a wta members marketing club where members can learn how to , and get help with lots of free marketing.
i know of 2-3 free listing sites that with a little tweaking will have your business on page 1 of google . RESULT = your business will have 3+ entries = MORE CUSTOMERS – also means you have knocked 3+ competitors of page 1
what else can i say – go forth and multiply my friends

google is workring for me. first day im top 3 above 0800 (whoop whoop) and booked 6 calls.
just done the map one as well but need to waiting about two weeks for confirmation.

well done mike your doing the right things ..
just type into google free listing sites , and list your business in them all …make sure you keep the same address on all listings …ie dont put street in 1 listing and the st in another …always put street dont abbreviate – google spiders crawl all these site to check for verification – you are who you say you are and your adress is always the same …
ive heard bt are big on seo /web building etc but not looked into that yet ..
ive you have the time … do all this – google have loads of videos on youtube on how to to this that and the other , there are also lots of smart cookies doing seo/marketing videos – so have a look at them and decide what might work for you ..
and this goes for anyone else as well – if your quiet spend half a day getting your online profile better ..
free index works quite good for a lot of guys …
if you pm me i can give you a quick tip on how to get on page 1 google withing couple of hours …
