    Hi kez

    Hoover Candy still list some spare parts but sadly no exploded view. Can you explain a little further please on which part it is you are after and I’ll have another look.

    fitted new board and the engineer snapped the insert when changing the board – the insert is the piece that covers over the screws etc that has the name Iberna on it not fussed about what name it has on it

    In that case it’s known as the door trade-mark plate 97045330.

    thanks for your help,its not the door badge I’m after, not sure I explained which bit I need very well, its the fascia insert that goes over the front of where the board fits at top of cabinet, the engineer says they were the same on most Candy/ Hoover models etc. Sorry hope this helps

    I would think you would need one or both of the following parts.

    Dashboard insert 97045603

    Dashboard support 97041446
