    Model is a GR-L207TQ Serial number 106KR00055, the ice maker works ok, but when you try to get ice out it wont put any out, the auger in the ice buscket would not appear to be turning, anyone got suggestions what this may be please?

    Have you checked if the auger motor is turning.

    If you take out the ice container you can check if the motor is turning .

    Hi Bob

    The motor is not turning, i did also mark the auger to see if it had turned and it was just at the same spot, would you have the part number for the motor please

    Check the auger turns on load.

    Open door, hold button for light in and request ice via the door.

    The Auger may not turn under load or may be spinning off the nut or clip.

    Check for power at the AUGER (240v) when you request ice.
