Had a call to see this machine customers says dryer just stops.
If she sets it for an hour it will run for a while say 25 mins then just stops.
It shows no error code, the pump keeps running for a min or so then just stops still showing the time left on the display.

Check the condensor for blockages/fluff . It may be overheating due to a blockage.
