Proline Logic VDP620E not Heating

Hi y’all,
I have a Proline Logic Dryer, model VDP620E (French).
Some time ago it stopped heating, thus would not dry clothes.
I have removed the heater/thermostat unit.
This unit has 4 Themostat type devices on it, see picture ,
one of which I think is causing the issue.
Ohmmeter readings are as follows (from the Top):
Black Device Black Wire (Termostat1) = 140?
Grey Device Red Wire (Sensor, temperature)= Open Circuit (Suspect Failed Device)
White Device White (Temp Limiter)= 0.6?
Black Device LtBlue Wire (Termostat2) = 1.2?

The (French Language) diagnostic manual (From Whirlpool Europe downloaded from http://www.scc-service.com) that I have, calls the suspect device Sensor, temperature Heater.

Thus I suspect that it is an Over-temp protector, however, I am unable to find any clear markings on it to track down a replacement. Does anyone know how to confirm the type/spec of this device, and the expected Resistance.
