    my indesit washing machine is very noisy when spinning,is this going to be the bearing needing replaced or is it something else?

    More likely to be the machine needing replacing, can you give us the correct model number, not the spin speed.

    hi iadom the moel number is WIL133 ive got the back off just now and the bearing seems fine, its a sort of a drone when the drum is turning which it does quite freely.
    hope you can help

    Need full serial number and any other numbers from rating plate if you can.

    With the mains plug out, take off the drive belt and then through the open door, spin the inner drum by hand. It should be virtually silent. If it is silent then the main motor bearings may be on the way out.

    Just checked up on these, all numbers from rating plate essential, some models have the dreaded sealed drum so there is no bearing repair on those machines.
