    Hi,customer says the above washer dryer works perfectly until it gets to number10 on the dial then stops and has to be manually turned forward to11 to finish the final spin ,can anyone give me any ideas on what to look for before I call it seems to be stuck on the programme.thanks for reading,crockett.

    Yes this is correct

    10 – 1 rinse with fabric softener, if required – Water left in the tub
    11 – Drain Out

    Thanks Criscold for your prompt reply and does this mean that the customers machine is not faulty at all and is meant to stop at 10 and be moved forward if required?.

    Yep thats correct and it states in the instruction book – At the end of these programmes the machine stops with the water of the last rinse left in the tub to prevent the fabrics
    from creasing. To drain the water select programme “11” or “16”.
