May well be in the post to ISE HQ. 😀
Called this afternoon, ISE-5 CI555WH.
Customer left machine on whilst at work, she got back this lunchtime to find a very strong burning smell, the washer dead and her cat nowhere to be seen. The remnants of a broken cat flap lay on the floor outside the back door.
The PCB had blown, big time, the bang must have scared the cat so much it hit the flap at full speed and broke it.
The moggy was found a few minutes later cowering under a large bush, I’m guessing it has one hell of a headache but it seemed OK otherwise. 8)
