    Hi
    Looking for some help please.
    Our WMA74 floods from the soap tray when spinning, ok at all other times. Water is coming up the hole where it, I assume, normally goes down.
    I have disconnected drain hose from under sink into a bucket to see if it was the pump and it seemed to be coming out at a fair speed and the pump operating.
    Does anyone have any ideas please.

    Possibly a partial blockage in the large black rubber sump hose, access behind the lower back panel, remove the mains plug and have a bowl and a few towels handy if you intend to have a look.
