    Hi All

    I went to see the above machine which has a no life fault, I have tracked this back to the main control board (679467) as being the culprit.

    I have found that the high wattage resistor is open circuit, unfortunately It looks like the 3rd colour band has come off (resistor cracked right under it) so I don’t know what value it should be.

    The customer doesn’t want to spend out on a new board if they can help it so would anyone be able to tell me what the band colour is please – I know so far that it is Brown (1), Black (0), ??? (?), Gold (5{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}).

    there are only 2 possibilties
    brown black black or
    brown black brown

    from memory i think its 100 ohm fusible resisitor

    its a safety device to reduce the risk of board fire
