    Hi

    I have a Zanussi ZWD12270W washer dryer. Selecting a wash program brings up a time for the cycle. The cycle starts but the time shown goes down more quickly than it should. It seems as though the water is not heating and it is during the heating phase of the program that time seems to go faster than it should. Clothes come out not totally clean even on a 95 degree wash which should take 2h 10 min but takes about 1h at the moment.

    Help!!

    select drain then start it then press both the start/pause button and the button to the left of it and press and hold them in together a fault code should appear in the display what is it ?

    Most likely theres an NTC fault & its skipping the heating section because it thinks its hot or is erroneously getting a wrong temperature reading from a defective NTC. Its not plumbed to hot water by mistake is it?
