    Hi

    Just bought and installed a Bush wkp12-9348 integrated dishwasher. There seems to be a problem with the door. When I open the door the spring seems very tight and tries to close. I am unable to unload the dishwasher as the door will not remain down.

    Can anyone help or advise what I can do?

    have you installed the outer door ?

    integrated dishwasher doors are sprung to allow a decor front to be added and theses vary in weight
    there is normally an adjustment but if you back it off too far the spring may fall off
    check the instrution / instalation manual for more help
