    Hi,

This machine just keeps filling and the program selected cannot be de-selected. Turn it of at the dial, turn it off at the wall and no joy, just comes back as the same prog and keeps filling.

Is there a board reset procedure for this machine. Anybody come across this problem before?

Checked components all seems fine so am assuming something to do with the module, machine just over 12 months old.

    Thanks…

If you squirt some switch cleaner into the selector this will then allow the selector to find the off position.

Another thing to try is to hold the start button down and turn the dial a click anti clockwise then back to off.

Modules have been modified but quite often switch cleaner will
    sort it.

    Thanks Tim, much appreciated.

Do you mean remove the selector knob and get the cleaner into the system that way – how do you do it?

Do you know how modules have been modified?

Is there an inference here Tim, that these modules do chuck up some odd faults?

    Thanks again.

Just squirt it directly into the selector, no need to remove anything.
Not sure on what they’ve done to improve it but yes the selector can throw up all sorts of issues. Same as the Servis machines that were made just before they went bust.
