Hi All
Does anyone have a service manual for this old unit please?
Customer complained that last week the fridge froze and now that it is not cold – upon measuring neither the fridge or freezer sections were cold enough. The evaporator appeared to be fairly evenly iced up so I am wondering if it is defrosting properly, the heaters appear to have continuity but there isn’t any continuity through the 2 devices (thermal fuses?) fitted at the top of the evaporator, these were apparently replaced 18 months ago but I can’t as yet find any reason that they would have gone again – this unit is a fair bit older than I have seen before so I am not very confident with it (especially when the customer is breathing down my neck) so any advice would be much appreciated.
