Customer dropped off this model of a hotpoint into the shop. When i plug it in, the lights come on for ten seconds or so and then go off and the machine goes dead. When i plug it out and back in, and select a programme, the machine will start but after ten seconds lights go and machine goes dead. Any ideas?
