Tell the customer to RTFM, the bit about regular cleaning of the condenser. You need to reach right into the back of the condensor chamber and clear all the gunk from the channel at the back and make sure the drain channel is clear.

yeah i advised him about cleaning the condenser this time , it looked fairly clear though , wether it was cleaned prior to my visit i dunno i also noticed that each side of the condenser was a bit flattened as if you catch it like a sandwich on either side and squeeze down not so much as you couldnt see through it though, i cleaned it out thoroughly alright i was just wonderin if anything else could be causing the water prob cheers

Dodgy pump although I wouldn’t expect that at this age.have you reached right into the channel at the back of the condensor housing?

yeah there was an awful lot of gunge in there , customer puts clothes straight from the washing machine into the dryer , if its overloaded will this cause any of these problems

Unless it was seriously overloaded I wouldn’t think so. Usually always due to failure to clean condenser , if it is heavily used it should be done every few days .
