I have a Neff K4663 fridge freezer which is running at about 15 degrees. I read somewhere that this could be because the vents are blocked/restricted. I have noticed that the drip tray is a bit clogged up but the outlook from the fridge seems to be free.
Could somebody please tell me where I can find the vents? Also if this could be a symptom of the full drip tray. And lastly how to remove the drips trays from the top of, what I think is the motor?
Further update. I took the FF out and cleaned the back element. I defrosted it at the same time. The fridge is now running hotter, the freezer does seem to be working. I still cannot see how the air gets from the freezer to the fridge?
I don’t know the model at all but it looks like a standard built in unit.
That being the case you will most likely have a thermostat or refrigeration system fault by the sounds of it and, I strongly suspect the latter which you can’t DIY.
