    Hi,

    My approx 5 year old American style FF – fridge is not cooling and stuck around the 13 degrees. Bottom of fridge iced up and fan in rear not working.

    Anybody tell me is it is the fan that is the problem. Unsure if fan should be running continuously?

    It’ll need a repair kit which e supply.The fan only runs when the door is closed.
