    Hi,
    I’m in need of a control module for a WM72N Hotpoint washer.
    I’ve just had a look on connect and C00202229 requires configuration. Is this correct as i’ve never had to swap one of these and configure it.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Config is quite simple, it just alters the model from WD to WM and alters the spin speed.

    I’ll dig it out for you.

    Fit new pcb.
    With machine switched off, hold down the A,B & D keys.
    Switch on, display should show WM1000.
    Press the A key until you come to the correct model/spin speed.
    Press STARTkey, display should show English, press it again and display should show Select Programme.
    Configuration is now complete.
