    does anyone know what the E15 means on this model please

    Would think its an ‘SMS’ and E15 is water in the base operating flood protection system. Check lower door seal , salt pot nut but pay good attention to the seal/securing nut on the left hand side matrix where it connects to the tank.

    Yes its a SMS65E02UK/01, but no leak on the machine, or water in base, it usually shows the error fault as it enteres the last part of the final rinse.
