Hi, has anyone experienced this issue before?

There is lost motion in the pivoting switch mechanism that’s activated by the DP flow switch and therefore it sticks on. You have to tap the black box to release the switch when you try to call for hot water

The actual DP switch itself is working fine, the needle raises and lowers as it should. It’s purely the rocker switch housing that the needle goes into that is at fault here.

Can anyone recommend a quality replacement switch housing as this problem has existed since installation.

    It’s a Ravenheat CSI 120T boiler

    Hi

Hot water systems are not really our forte I’m afraid.

If you Google Ravenheat boiler problems there are quite a few sites similar to this one who specialize in boilers.

If you have a problem with a domestic appliance in the future at least you will know where to come 😉
