    hi,
    I have a 20RB-D4 A+PT
    The fridge side has stopped working, the top half and the ice maker on the freezer have also stopped working , but the bottom 2 freezer bins remain very frozen.
    There are no warnings of any kind all seems normal on the front display -19 and +4 are showing , even though the fridge side and the top half of the freezer are at room temp.
    I removed and examined the pcb at the rear bottom right of the appliance, all looks fine nothing stood out or looked burnt.
    Any help would really be great

    Have you looked at the evaporator in the freezer? It may be blocked with ice preventing air flow to the top of freezer and the fridge. If so defrost heater at a guess

    not to sure what the evaporator looks like or where it is , can you point me in the right direction please
